Frontend Software Engineer

The financial-logistics module of an enterprise freight platform, at one of Brazil's biggest software companies. I came in through testing and moved to the frontend. The finance part is exactly as gnarly as it sounds.

  • Own frontend delivery for the financial-logistics module end to end: features, architecture and E2E test quality across multiple squads.
  • Architected a new micro-frontend product from scratch as the only engineer on the foundation. Module Federation for the shell and remote split, plus i18n and auth, so the rest of the team could build features on top without touching the plumbing.
  • Built zephyr-reporter, an internal library that connects the Cypress suite directly to Jira and Zephyr Scale so every test run gets logged as a traceable cycle automatically. Presented it to the QA Chapter, adopted voluntarily beyond the pilot product.
  • Built a contract-period billing module for the Financeiro Logístico platform from scratch, including a feature flag rollout path so automated carrier billing could ship without a coordinated release.
  • Pair and review code with senior engineers and analysts across squads. Close access to people who have been doing this a long time, which is where a lot of my architecture instinct comes from.

Software Engineer, Test Automation

Someone had to build the test architecture before this app got big enough to actually need one. That was the job.

  • Built the E2E test architecture from zero for a growing application and embedded it directly into the release pipeline.
  • Designed a Cypress and TypeScript setup meant to scale with the app, not just cover whatever existed that week.
  • Automated the business flows that mattered most, cutting the manual regression testing that used to happen before every release.
  • Wired the whole suite into CI/CD so it ran on every deploy, no manual trigger required.

Software Engineer, part time

Payment flows, MongoDB migrations that could not afford to lose data, and an ops team that actually wanted to use the interface I built for them.

  • Built backend payment flows with Node.js (Express, Prisma) and Stripe.
  • Wrote and validated custom MongoDB migration scripts with zero data loss across updates.
  • Built React interfaces for the operations team, designed around how they actually worked day to day, not around what looked good in a demo.

Software Engineer, part time

Ran a small dev agency for about a year, with a small team behind me. End to end: from the design through to the final checks before a site went live.

  • Ran a web dev agency, delivering real apps for e-commerce, SaaS and landing page clients.
  • Rebuilt client sites for performance, cutting initial load time by up to 50% through architecture changes, code splitting and asset optimization.
  • Built custom integrations that automated manual processes and killed repetitive work for the team using them.
  • Ran projects end to end with a small team: from the brief and design to deploy and client support.
